Connecting to your server

Using the Blacksmith’s Portal

  1. Open the Blacksmith’s Portal
  2. Take note of the name set for your server from Startup

  1. Open ARK: Survival Evolved
  2. Click Join Ark
  3. Search for the name of your server in the server browser

  1. Double click on your server to join

Self-Hosting/Other Providers

  1. Set the session name of your server in the startup flags in the startup script for your server. e.g. ?SessionName="An AleForge Hosted Server"
  2. Open ARK: Survival Evolved
  3. Click Join Ark
  4. Search for the name of your server in the server browser

  1. Double click on your server to join
